Professor C.M. Shaw has invented a new Invisibility Formula. He demonstrates it to his four colleagues at the University: Professors Bardette, Mulhall, Davies, and MacDonald. Unknown to Shaw, one of those four is secretly masked mystery villain The Terror. The Terror, with his two henchmen Brix and Powell, plans to steal Shaw's formula and rule the world with an army of invisible minions.

Also in attendance at the demonstration is fearless newspaper reporter Deborah Dodd and criminologist Duncan Peters. Dodd and Peters team up to track down The Terror and expose who he really is.

The Dangers of Deborah is a new 10 chapter cliffhanger serial. It is done very much in the style of an old fashioned Republic serial. Each chapter runs approximately 10 minutes and ends with a cliffhanger.
